Our team of real estate attorneys also has significant experience in representing clients in acquisitions and dispositions of all types of properties throughout the United States involving virtually every asset class, including office, retail, restaurant, agriculture, religious, hotel, industrial and raw land.  Having significant knowledge in development, our attorneys also guide many developers in land use, entitlement, redevelopment, environmental issues, and construction.  We also represent landlords and tenants in a variety of leasing transactions with a particular emphasis on shopping center, warehouse, R&D center and office leases.

    • Served as legal counsel for an international fashion retailer in its acquisition of a 1.8 million square foot warehouse facility on 38.77 acres in Los Angeles. The seller was a major department store operator.
    • Represented a large lifestyle shopping center developer based in Southern California on various real estate matters, including development of a 3.2 million square foot mixed-use project and repositioning of a one million square foot regional retail shopping center.
    • Represented a major foreign conglomerate in the development of a retail/sports mixed-use complex in Los Angeles that includes a luxury spa facility and a driving range, a first of its kind in the United States.
    • Closed a short sale purchase of 236 acres of land in Kula, Hawaii for residential and agricultural development representing the founder of a global health enterprise.
    • Represented a U.S. subsidiary of a foreign, publicly traded company in connection with the purchase and improvement of industrial property.
    • Represented a developer in the assumption of a $78 million loan in connection with the purchase of a regional shopping center.
    • Represented a syndicated real estate company in the development of one of the largest commercial condominium projects in California, with over 300 units.
